As a visitor ("indemnifier", "you"), to SCD Remanufactured Vehicles ("indemnified party"), you, acknowledge that the following conditions of entry to 40 Kremzow Road, Brendale and/or 43 Kremzow Road, Brendale ("the premises") apply:

(i) You are required to provide photographic identification in the form of a current drivers licence and that agree that the indemnified party is able to retain those details securely for no longer than 6 months from the date of the visit, at which time all such details will be removed from the database;
(ii) You will be at all times escorted by a salesperson or other staff member;
(iii) You will follow all directions of the salesperson or staff member whilst on the premises;
(iv) You will wear the provided vest and issued personal protective equipment including eye protection and ear protection where required to do so by the salesperson or other staff member;
(v) You may be exposed to loud noise, vapours, vehicular traffic and other such hazards whilst at the premises.

The indemnified activity includes reviewing the progress of the purchased motor vehicle and any associated activities that may arise whilst under escort ("indemnified activity").

Upon signing the register, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify the indemnified party against any personal injury or loss to persons or property, and all costs and expenses incurred by you in relation to any personal injury or loss to persons or property during or arising from the indemnified activity. This indemnity continues until the activity creating the risk of damage and injury comes to an end.
